Innovative facilitation techniques utilised for a successful water symposium

Hawke's Bay Regional Water Symposium used Fluent Environmental to help develop their agenda and is introduced to new facilitation techniques. The meeting employed some fun facilitation tools such as "clicker" audience participation and polling technology, an interview matrix to help inform an action plan, a talk show on the Hawke's Bay 2050 project and a multi media presentation that captured event participation. Meeting participants enjoyed the mix of activities and speakers and positive and constructive participation occurred throughout the event.
